Cancellation Policy

At LYL Cleaning Ltd, we strive to provide flexibility for our clients while maintaining fairness for our team. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully: Rescheduling: Clients can conveniently reschedule their bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Bookings: Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the intended start time. Cancellations: If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no charges will apply. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled start time will incur a fee equal to 30% of the agreed service price. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the agreed service price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
